We Care Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. (WCFNL) is a non-profit public foundation
based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
It is established for humanitarian purposes including advancing education, relieving poverty, increasing
employability, providing counselling support, promoting businesses for newcomers, immigrants, Blacks and
other racialized people. We Care Foundation of NL also addresses gender based violence, promoting
antiracism, diversity, equity, inclusion, intercultural understanding and immigrant integration.
